| Brief |
Assist client in identifying and specifying an appropriate strategy for the development of space for non-clinical services including day nursery and retail mall within a new purpose-built extension to the existing Hospital. Provision of budget rentals, tenant mix strategies, specifications and leasing advice with a view to meeting agreed service criteria and maximising external income.
| Outcome |
After the elimination of unviable space, a selective marketing campaign was implemented for each of the individual opportunities resulting in the budgeted income for the convenience store, nursery and cash machine being at or above expectation. The remaining space is being marketed to complementary retailers and the final outcome is likely to achieve a balanced offer that will meet the needs of patients, staff and visitors to the John Radcliffe.
