Founded by Paul Knight in 2003, the company advises on all types of commercial real estate and in spring 2004 launched a residential department providing Estate Agency Services throughout Mid Somerset.

In 2006 the Street Residential Sales Team was awarded a prestigious Silver Award in the RICS/Daily Express Estate Agent of The Year Awards.

In September 2007 the firm took over the long established practice of Chamberlaine Brothers and Edwards in Shepton Mallet.
