Wells is the smallest City in England and boasts an impressive Cathedral, Bishops Palace and a bustling town centre with traditional marketplace which remains a popular destination for residents and visitors. Wells has been the setting for numerous films and costume dramas in the recent past including Hot Fuzz, The Libertine and Pride & Prejudice.
There is a lively and sophisticated night scene with a wide range of hotels, bars and restaurants proving for a wide range of tastes.
Fine dining is available at Ston Easton Park, Glencot House and Charlton House.
There is also a wide range of recreational opportunities in the nearby Mendips including walking, riding, climbing, caving and cycling.

Occupiers will be responsible for their own telephony/broadband costs although the Landlord provides a network telephone system the costs for which will be billed separately.


VAT

Any reference to price, premium or rent is deemed to be exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Any offers receive will be assumed to be net of VAT unless stated otherwise.
The landlord reserves the right to exercise its option to waive exemption and charge VAT accordingly.
