| Born 1960 Swansea, Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the commercial property sector having worked within public sector, private sector, and an international property consultancy.
He set up his own practice in 2003 and diversified into residential estate agency in 2004. In September 2008 the Estate agency arm was closed as a consequence of the deteriorating market conditions and lack of transactions.
Paul has a number of niche specialisms which results in instructions from all parts of the UK; the balance of his activity is primarily within the Mendip Area.
PJK is the leading commercial agency practice in the Mendip Area and advises on a range of property matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, asset management, development consultancy, boundary disputes and expert witness activities.
